The talented young driver will once again represent SFHR alongside Wian Boshoff as the team continues its 2025 campaign in the USF Pro Championships.

Cox, a familiar presence within the SFHR Development family, brings a combination of passion and raw pace to the team for the highly anticipated oval event. His experience at IRP and his deep connection with the local Indy community make his return especially exciting for fans and supporters alike.

“We’re excited to have Elliot back with us for IRP,” said team principal Sarah Fisher. “His experience at Lucas Oil Raceway will give him a great opportunity this weekend. We’re confident in what we can accomplish together.”

Elliot added “I’m so thankful to back in a car with SFHR. Andy and Sarah have been such a big part of my career and I’m proud to run with them in my home town.”

SFHR Development would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the partners who make this opportunity possible: Hartman Oil, Wings and Wheels Foundation, and Amaxx Truck Repair. Their unwavering support continues to fuel the development of promising drivers like Cox and strengthens the future of American open-wheel racing.

Elliot added “I have to also thank the most amazing teacher in the world Mrs McKee, without whom I would not have the opportunity to compete in this weekend’s event.”

The USF2000 race at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park will take place this weekend as part of the Carb Night Classic, a cornerstone event of the Month of May festivities. Fans are encouraged to come out and support Elliot and the SFHR Development team as they aim for a strong performance under the lights.
